Stop-motion animation the way Terry Gilliam made it for Monty Python: paper cutouts hinged with a movable pivot like a brass fastener, posed on a stage, captured one held frame at a time. Import scans or PNGs (or paste from the clipboard), scissor a jaw or an arm out of any piece with a torn edge, drag the hinge to where the joint really is, and pose-capture-nudge-capture with onion-skin ghosts of the frames before. Playback runs at a low, honest frame rate — no tweening anywhere, because the jump between held poses is the medium. Export a looping GIF, a numbered frame contact sheet, a still, or the whole document as JSON.
